Hi I'm Rachel!

 

With over 15 years of experience as an NHS nurse, I’ve always been passionate about providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. I launched RTW to bring professional ear health services to our local community in a friendly, accessible setting. Since opening our doors in 2020, I’ve had the privilege of helping over 1,400 patients, from young children to those in their nineties!

 

Ear care isn’t currently a regulated field, so it’s really important to choose a practitioner you can trust. At RTW, you’re in safe hands. I’m fully insured, DBS checked, and committed to ongoing training and best practice — and I bring all the care and attention you’d expect from a former NHS nurse. I also have experience working with neurodivergent patients and always aim to create a calm, supportive environment tailored to individual needs.

 

I’m based at Homeleigh Garden Centre in Launceston, where the clinic offers free parking and wheelchair access. Outside of work, I’m a busy mum to two brilliant boys — so I know just how important it is to have care that fits around family life.
